2. Products & Descriptions
- All sarees available on Gulaabi Ghera are handpicked and thoughtfully curated.
- Minor variations in colour, weave, texture, or finish may occur due to:
- Lighting during photography
- Screen or device display differences
- The handcrafted nature of the product
- Such variations are natural and not considered defects.
3. Pricing
- All prices are mentioned in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Gulaabi Ghera reserves the right to correct any errors in pricing or product details.
4. Orders & Payments
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
- Gulaabi Ghera reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of product unavailability, payment issues, or suspected misuse.
5. Shipping
- Orders are dispatched within 3 working days from the date of order confirmation.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier partner operations, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Gulaabi Ghera is not responsible for delays once the order has been handed over to the courier partner.
6. Exchange Policy
- No refunds are offered under any circumstances.
- Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Any exchange request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery, along with:
- Clear images of the product
- Mandatory opening and unboxing video
⚠️ Requests without an opening/unboxing video will not be eligible for exchange.
7. Exchange Conditions
The product must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original condition
- With all tags intact
- Exchange is allowed only for a single product of the exact same value.
- Multiple products, partial exchanges, or value difference adjustments are not permitted.
- Exchange shipping costs (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.
8. Customisation – Fall & Pico
- Sarees for which fall and pico stitching has been done are considered customised products.
- No exchange, return, or refund is applicable on customised (fall & pico) sarees.
- Customers are advised to review all product details carefully before opting for fall and pico services.
9. Care Instructions
- Most sarees are recommended for dry clean only, unless mentioned otherwise.
- Gulaabi Ghera is not responsible for damage caused due to improper washing, handling, or care
