The name GULAABI GHERA is deeply personal.

GULAABI comes from the name of Swapnil’s grandmother-in-law — a woman remembered for her discipline, sharp understanding of bahi-khata (traditional bookkeeping), and her strong belief that women should be confident and independent in their growth. Swapnil shared a meaningful bond with her, and this brand carries forward that memory as a symbol of grace, strength, and legacy.

GHERA represents a circle — a complete circumference.
It reflects the flow of a saree, the rhythm of tradition, and the feeling of being wrapped in something larger than ourselves: culture, history, and belonging.
